“Quattro: Boldly Moving Forward .”

Just after Quattro turns 21 years old, we are activating our new strategy. Quattro and the building that housed us from infancy to adulthood have always been iconic landmarks on the Berea, but we have outgrown these beautiful premises. It is more the expansion of our thinking and growth strategy that has prompted the move from one large office to three smaller offices in key strategic areas: Umhlanga, Westville and Hillcrest.

Many things are uncertain today, but one thing is sure—you can bank on Quattro’s growth! This strategic expansion, driven by our commitment to decentralisation, is the result of the vision and dedication of our executive leadership, the trust of our shareholders, and the hard work of our entire team at The Quattro Finance Group. 

When interviewed Gary said “If you place a fish in a small enough environment, it will not reach its full-size potential. We need to give our people an opportunity to stretch and grow.” When Shane Ward was asked to speak to us about the radically new and innovative strategy he said “Quattro has always been, and will remain, a client-centric business solving for complexity in the lives of our clients. It makes sense to understand where most of our clients are and to set up points of presence in those areas.” He further added that “being in strategic points of presence will allow Quattro deeper insight into understanding clients’ needs, market trends and pain points.”

Quattro will keep the communication flowing but it seems that this is one group that is not stuck to the status quo and is adapting as they boldly move toward their new future. I would watch this space closely because these guys deliberate and think, but when they move, they move quickly.
